Self-adhesive labels have the advantages of no need to apply glue, no need to use paste, no need to dip in water, no pollution, saving labeling time, etc., with a wide range of applications and convenient and fast. Self-adhesive is a material, also called self-adhesive label material, which is a composite material with paper, film or other special materials as the surface, adhesive coated on the back, and silicon-coated protective paper as the base paper. After printing, die-cutting and other processing, it becomes a finished label.
Basic introduction of self-adhesive labels
Classification of self-adhesive labels
1. Paper substrate
Paper substrates are divided into: offset paper, coated paper, glass cardboard, laser paper, kraft paper, fluorescent paper, gold-plated paper, aluminum foil, fragile (anti-counterfeiting) paper, silver-plated paper, textured paper, cloth label (Tyvek/nylon) paper, pearl paper, sandwich coated paper, variable information paper.
2. Film substrate
Film substrates are divided into: transparent polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyester (PET), polypropylene (PP), polycarbonate (PC), synthetic paper, PS, PE, shape memory anti-counterfeiting material (SMP), etc.
How to use
Just peel it off from the backing paper and press it lightly to stick it on the surface of various substrates. You can also use a labeling machine to automatically label it on the production line.
Film material
Transparent polyester (PET), translucent polyester (PET), transparent oriented oriented polypropylene (OPP), translucent oriented oriented polypropylene (OPP), transparent polyvinyl chloride (PVC), glossy white polyvinyl chloride (PVC), matte white polyvinyl chloride (PVC), synthetic paper, glossy gold (silver) polyester, matte gold (silver) polyester, shape memory anti-counterfeiting material.
Adhesives
Universal super-adhesive type, universal strong-adhesive type, refrigerated food strong-adhesive type, universal re-peelable type, fiber re-peelable type. On the one hand, it ensures the proper adhesion between the base paper and the face paper, and on the other hand, it ensures that after the face paper is peeled off, it can have strong adhesion to the adhered object.
Bottom material
Release paper is commonly known as "base paper". The surface is non-sticky with low surface energy. The base paper has an isolation effect on the adhesive, so it is used as an attachment for the face paper to ensure that the face paper can be easily peeled off from the base paper. Commonly used are white, blue, yellow glassine or garlic paper (onion), kraft paper, polyester (PET), coated paper, polyethylene (PE).
